Olshan Client Bonjour Capital Secures $115 Million Fannie Mae Loan for Property at 1735 York Avenue

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client Bonjour Capital secured a $115 million Fannie Mae loan for Bonjour’s property at 1735 York Avenue, NY, NY.  In 2016, Olshan represented Bonjour in the acquisition of the building from Glenwood Management and the acquisition financing.  Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg led the Olshan team that assisted with the refinancing, which included  Hyman Kindler.
