The Philadelphia Inquirer Reports on Crescendo Board Seat Win

Crescendo Partners settled its proxy dispute with Charming Shoppes after a Court found for the hedge fund. Crescendo obtained two board seats and an agreement that the existing board chair give up that role. Press reports included an extensive article in The Philadelphia Inquirer.
