Silverman Counsels UBS in FXSpotStream Transaction

Forex (foreign exchange market) industry sources, including Forex Magnates and FX-MM, reported on UBS joining the group of liquidity providing banks to FXSpotStream LLC’s multibank FX aggregation service to clients for the purpose of executing Spot FX trades. Representing UBS in this transaction were Olshan partners Kenneth Silverman (corporate) and William MacDonald (information technology/IP).
