Feldman Publishes Chapter on Securities and the Internet in Westlaw Treatise

Partner Spencer Feldman was a co-contributor to Chapter 16, “The Internet,” of Westlaw’s Securities: Public and Private Offerings. The chapter identifies and discusses provisions of the federal securities laws and stock exchange rules that utilize the Internet to disseminate a public company's information to the financial community, the investing public and regulators.
