Roket Project Winner of The Most Significant Retail Deal of the Year

The Real Estate Board of New York announced that Foot Locker’s flagship megastore at 8 Times Square as the winner of The Most Significant Retail Deal of the Year.  The title is awarded to the project that is recognized as the “most significant retail deal in its overall characteristics and importance to the New York City real estate market."  Olshan Real Estate partner Nina Roket represented the Building owner at 8 Times Square in negotiating the lease to Foot Locker
