Roket Advises on Harlem's "Green" Applebee's

Crain's New York Business and the New York Post reported that the new Applebee's in Harlem will be the first in New York City to receive a Gold Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design certification from the Green Building Council. Olshan Partner Nina Roket represented Apple-Metro in the lease transaction.
