Reuters Reports on Steel Japan Deals

Reuters reported extensively on the investments in Japan by Olshan's client Steel Partners Japan. Olshan represented SPJ on the tender offers for Japanese circular saw maker, Tenryu Saw Manufacturing Co. Ltd., and sauce maker Bull-Dog Sauce Co. Ltd., as well as with respect to SPJ's other Japanese investments. Steve Wolosky and Kenneth M. Silverman represented Steel in the tender offers.
