Olshan's Client NuCO2 Inc. Finalizes $487 Million Merger

Olshan's client NuCO2 Inc. and Aurora Capital Group today announced that Aurora completed the acquisition of NuCO2. The transaction was valued at approximately $484 million. Olshan attorneys who worked on the transaction include Steve Wolosky, Kenneth Silverman and Michael Neidell. Robert Frome was a director of NuCO2 until the merger.
