Olshan Represents Landry's CEO and Counsels on $400 Million Financing

Landry's Restaurants, Inc. announced that instead of being taken private by affiliates of its CEO, Tilman J. Fertitta, it will refinance approximately $400 million in debt with Jefferies & Co. Steve Wolosky and Michael R. Neidell represent CEO Fertitta and are co-counsel for Landry's financing. The lawyers working on this deal also include Jason S. Saltsberg and Amanda S. Lamson.
