Olshan Represents AmCOMP in Merger with Employers Holdings, Inc.

AmCOMP Incorporated, an insurance holding company, announced a definitive merger agreement with Employers Holdings, Inc., under which Employers will acquire 100% of AmCOMP\'s outstanding stock and its subsidiaries for $194 million in cash.
