Olshan Represents National Securities in Coronado Biosciences $10 Million Private Placement

Yahoo! Finance and other media sources reported that Olshan represented National Securities Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of National Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NHLD), which acted as placement agent for the private placement by Coronado Biosciences, Inc. (NasdaqCM: CNDO) of a $10 million promissory note to NSC Biotech Venture Fund I, LLC, an entity organized and funded to purchase the note. Proceeds will fund the acquisition of medical technologies and products, in addition to the creation and potential spin-off of subsidiaries to advance them.
