Olshan Client Newsela Announces Seed Financing

Olshan client Newsela, a New York-based startup that takes daily news articles from different publications and rewrites them at different reading levels, announced a $1.2 million seed financing led by NewSchools Venture Fund, with participation from Kapor Capital, Kaplan Ventures and Silicon Badia. Olshan attorney Robert Friedman assisted Newsela with the seed financing round with NewSchools Venture Fund.
