Media Reports on Olshan's Client Steel Partners Japan

Two U.S. proxy advisory firms, Glass, Lewis & Co and RiskMetrics, have urged shareholders of Japanese wig maker Aderans Holdings to support board members proposed by its top shareholder, U.S. hedge fund Steel Partners, and vote against the share sale to Unsion Capital, a Japanese investment fund.
