The Wall Street Journal reported on Marathon Partners’ public letter to the Chairman of the Board of Shutterfly, Inc. Marathon Partners announced that it has nominated a slate of three highly qualified candidates, Mario D. Cibelli of Marathon Partners, as well as Marwan Fawaz and Thomas D.
