Olshan Client Maguire Asset Management Enters into Agreement with U.S. Auto Parts Network to Add Independent Director to Board

The Wall Street Journal MarketWatch reported that Olshan client Maguire Asset Management reached an agreement with U.S. Auto Parts Network, Inc. providing for the addition of one independent director to U.S. Auto Parts’ Board of Directors. Steve Wolosky, Michael Neidell and Meagan Reda represent Maguire Asset Management in connection with its investment in U.S. Auto Parts.
