Olshan Represents Joint Venture For New 18-Story Tower in West Village

Olshan represents the joint venture of Property Markets Group and Madison Equities that was mentioned in a New York Times interview today with real estate developer Kevin P. Maloney of PMG. Olshan represented the joint venture in the acquisition of the assemblage for a new 18-story tower in the West Village on Sullivan Street. Thomas Kearns, Eric Goldberg and Hyman Kindler represent the venture.
