Law 360 Reports on Atari Lawsuit Handled by Bisceglie

Law 360 (subscription required) reported that Atari Inc. filed a complaint against Carlyle Trading Corp., an inventory bartering company, claiming Carlyle failed to uphold its end of the contract to trade $800k worth of video game inventory in exchange for television advertising time obtained on Atari’s behalf. Kyle C. Bisceglie represented Atari in this matter.
