Kearns’ PLI Lecture on Delaware vs. NY LLC’s Cited in Stein’s Column in Commercial Observer

Olshan Real Estate Partner Thomas Kearns was recently cited in the Commercial Observer in an article entitled “Do We Really Have To Use A Delaware LLC?”  In this article the author Joshua Stein mentions Tom’s lecture on "The Developing Law of Limited Liability Companies, Including Securities Law," which he delivered at the Practising Law Institute’s annual seminar, Commercial Real Estate Financing 2014.
