Gursky Represents Eataly in Chelsea Headquarters Lease

The New York Post reported that Eataly signed a 15-year office lease for over 14,000 square feet at 43 West 23rd Street. The new Chelsea space will serve as the headquarters for Eataly, the largest Italian marketplace in the world. Olshan partner Steven Gursky negotiated the lease for Eataly.
