Eric Goldberg Leads Purchase of LIC Apartment Building for Bonjour Capital

Crain’s New York Business reported that Olshan client Bonjour Capital purchased a 130-unit apartment building, which is located at 41-17 Crescent Street,  in Long Island City, Queens for $85 million.  The deal comes two years after the new owners acquired the defaulted mortgage from Citibank.  Eric Goldberg and Hyman Kindler represented the buyers in this deal.
