Friedman Represents Empire Resorts in Concord Venture

The New York Times reported on a joint venture by Empire Resorts and the owners of the Concord Hotel, developers Louis J. Cappelli and Scott Rechler, to rebuild the Concord Hotel. The Olshan team that represents Empire Resorts in this venture include Robert H. Friedman, Jason S. Saltsberg, Eric L. Goldberg and Hyman Kindler.
