Fleming Wins WMG Arbitration Judgment

The New York Law Journal featured the Wasserman Media Group’s victory (WMG) as a “Decision of Interest”. WMG represented professional basketball player Bender throughout his NBA career. Bender agreed to pay WMG at scheduled intervals and acknowledged that WMG could immediately execute on a judgment, without challenge, for unpaid fees. WMG’s grievance against Bender was arbitrated and the district court confirmed the award. Thomas J. Fleming represented WMG against Bender.
