Everlast Closes $185 Million Merger

Olshan's client, Everlast Worldwide, Inc., announced today that it closed a $185 million merger with Brands Holdings Limited. Robert H. Friedman, Kenneth S. Schlesinger and Jason S. Saltsberg served as counsel to Everlast Worldwide, Inc. on the corporate side. Important contributions were also made by Nina Krauthamer, Manes M. Merrit, and Hyman Kindler.
