The Real Estate section of Crain's New York Business (subscription required) recently reported that Columbus Circle Liquor Store Inc. had signed a new 3,000 square foot lease with Omnispective at 1802 Broadway, between West 58th Street and Columbus Circle. Samuel P. Ross represented the landlord in this matter.
