Activist Client Coppersmith Capital Management Obtains 2 Board Seats at CONMED Corporation

On February 26, 2014, Olshan client Coppersmith Capital obtained two seats on the board of directors of CONMED Corporation and the company’s agreement to re-nominate Coppersmith Capital’s two nominees at the 2014 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated nomination and standstill agreement. The Olshan team representing Coppersmith Capital included Steve Wolosky.
