Olshan Represents Cemtrex, Inc. in Public Offering of Common Stock

The Firm represented Cemtrex, Inc., a leading worldwide technology and manufacturing company based on Long Island, in its underwritten registered public offering of shares of common stock on the Nasdaq Capital Market.  The offering closed on August 24, 2018.  Cemtrex plans to use the net proceeds from the offering to further its development and marketing of the SmartDesk, its new proprietary advanced technology workspace solution.  Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering.  The offering was made pursuant to a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 and prospectus supplement describing the terms of the offering.  Spencer G. Feldman led the representation.
