Olshan Represents CBA, Inc. in Sale of its Business

Olshan represented CBA, Inc. (formerly Cord Blood America, Inc.) (OTC PINK: CBAI), the public parent company of CorCell Companies, Inc. which, along with CBA, Inc., facilitated umbilical cord blood and cord tissue stem cell processing and storage for expectant parents and their children, in connection with the sale of substantially all its assets to California Cryobank Stem Cell Services LLC (dba “FamilyCord”), one of the fastest growing cord blood and cord tissue companies in the United States. CBA, Inc. will remain in existence as a public company with limited operations.  Steve Wolosky and Kenneth Schlesinger represented CBA, Inc. in  this transaction.
