Baron's Reports on IKON Investment

Barron's reported on the investments by Olshan's client Steel Partners in IKON Office Solutions. Olshan represented Steel in the negotiation of a confidentiality agreement intended to allow Steel and IKON to review the feasibility of a recapitalization.
