Olshan Client Acquires Miami’s Atlas Plaza

The Real Deal reported that Olshan client TriStar Capital purchased three buildings in Miami’s Design District, known as Atlas Plaza, in a joint venture with RFR Holding. Atlas Plaza is home to Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, Rolex, Longchamp, Trend by Sebastien James, and Markowicz Fine Art. The team that closed the complicated transaction, including a securitized loan on one of the buildings, was led by Partner Eric Goldberg, assisted by Hyman Kindler in Real Estate, and Alexander Ferrini in Construction.
