Olshan Client Secures $52 Million Financing for FiDi Conversion at 99 Wall Street

The Real Deal reported that an affiliate of Claremont Group has secured a $52 million loan from Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers for a conversion project at 99 Wall Street. Claremont plans to convert the 25-story office building into high-end residential condominiums. Olshan Real Estate partner Thomas Kearns led the team that represents Claremont, which also included Shirlee Gordon.
