The IFA 2nd Colombian International Tax Conference

On November 5, 2013, Eduardo A. Cukier presented on current tax developments in cross-border reorganizations and mergers and acquisitions at the International Fiscal Association (“IFA”) Second Colombian International Tax Conference in Bogota, Colombia.
