2026 Harvard Corporate Governance Roundtable

Olshan Co-Managing Partner and Chair of the firm’s Shareholder Activism Practice Andrew Freedman will speak at the 2026 Harvard Corporate Governance Roundtable, which will be held at Harvard Law School from March 17-18. The Harvard Corporate Governance Roundtable, operated by the Harvard Law School Program on Corporate Governance, brings together prominent participants, including advisers, directors and academics, with a range of perspectives on corporate governance and aims to contribute to discourse, policy making and education with respect to current issues in corporate governance.
