Olshan’s real estate lawyers are leaders in their field, representing owners, developers and investors in the assemblage, acquisition, finance, construction and development of commercial properties.
We have helped transform neighborhoods and skylines, guiding clients at every stage, from commercial and residential property siting through acquisition, finance, development, design and construction of large-scale projects in New York and Miami, and across the nation. Our Real Estate lawyers have negotiated real estate contracts for the purchase and sale of properties to construct major office buildings, mixed-use facilities, apartment complexes, residential and commercial condominiums, hotels and retail establishments.
Our lawyers excel in handling deal intricacies such as air rights, land use, and zoning issues and how best to resolve them. The Real Estate team advises on environmental considerations, conducts due diligence, negotiates all the agreements necessary to implement our clients’ plans and represents them in post-completion sales and leasing.
