Behavioral Advertising Roundtable

Andrew Lustigman will lead a roundtable discussion on Behavioral Advertising. The program is being presented in cooperation with the ABA IP Law Section's Special Committee on Promotions and Marketing Law.

The roundtable will focus on the general legal issues surrounding behavioral advertising and the tools and advanced technology designed to track consumer behavior. They also will examine the "proposed principles" for self-regulation recently introduced by the Federal Trade Commission, and will discuss enforcement polices of the FTC and state attorneys general.
