Marc represents clients in an array of tax matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, cross-border transactions and international M&A transactions. He counsels clients on tax issues related to their real estate investments and joint ventures and also on various tax consulting matters ranging from advising on interest transfers to tax planning for foreign clients. Marc earned his LL.M in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center in 2016, and his J.D., from Boston University School of Law in 2010, and his B.A., cum laude, from Columbia University in 2005. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Prior to joining Olshan, Marc was a senior associate in the International Tax Services practice group at PricewaterhouseCoopers and, prior to that, a litigation associate at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres & Friedman, LLP.
