Jonah B. Brill

As part of Olshan's Tax & Personal Planning group, Jonah B. Brill counsels clients on various tax issues relating to business transactions.

Jonah’s practice is focused on representing corporations, LLCs and investors with the tax-related aspects of transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity offerings, capital investments, and joint ventures. He also advises clients with connection to tax structuring and tax liability strategies.

Jonah received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017 and his B.S. from Cornell University in 2011.

Prior to joining Olshan, Jonah practiced in the International Tax and Transaction Services Group at Ernst & Young.
