Wolosky to Participate at Tulane University Law School’s 28th Annual Corporate Law Institute

Olshan Activist and Equity Investment Practice Chair Steve Wolosky will be speaking at Tulane University Law School’s 28^th Annual Corporate Law Institute. The Tulane Corporate Law Institute is recognized as one of the premier M&A, corporate and securities law conferences in the country and is taking place on March 17-18, 2016. Steve Wolosky will be offering his expertise on the panel “The Current State of Shareholder Activism.” In this panel, six experts in different areas of activism will discuss the continuing impact of shareholder activism on companies, board of directors and investors from both the corporate and activist perspective.
