WPIX 11 Features Kaufman Astoria Studios as Hollywood of the East Coast

WPIX 11 recently highlighted Kaufman Astoria Studios, noting it as “Hollywood of the East Coast.” Hal Rosenbluth, the president and CEO of Kaufman Astoria Studios, spoke with PIX11 News about the magic of movie and television making on their backlot and how the studio wasn’t always a studio. Also featured was the Theater Development Fund Costume Collection located at the Studios. The Costume Collection houses more than 80,000 costumes and accessories donated from Broadway, Off Broadway, Opera, Film, and regional productions.
