Olshan Defends U.S. Polo Association in Lawsuit Filed by Ralph Lauren

Law360 (subscription required) reported that Ralph Lauren Corp. filed a complaint against the U.S. Polo Association and others claiming breach of a 2003 settlement agreement. Kyle Bisceglie and Steven Gursky are defending the USPA and Bisceglie is quoted in the article: “The claims are without merit and in direct contravention to the requirements of the parties’ pre-existing settlement agreement. We will defend ourselves vigorously and respond accordingly.”
