Olshan Represents Venture in 45 Broad Street HSBC Loan

The Real Deal reported that the joint venture that owns the development site at 45 Broad Street in the Financial District secured a $56 million refinancing of its land loan from HSBC Bank. The venture plans a 84-story condominium tower at the site.  The planned 206-unit condominium project is being developed by Madison Equities with Chinese developer Gemdale Properties and Italian real estate company Pizzarotti Group.  Olshan served as co-counsel to the venture on the loan.  Thomas Kearns lead the Olshan team which included Honghui Yu from Corporate/Securities Law.
