Olshan Client Stilwell Group Reaches Agreement with Anchor Bancorp for Board Seat

Olshan client, The Stilwell Group, reached an agreement with Anchor Bancorp, pursuant to which Anchor Bancorp and its financial institution subsidiary, Anchor Bank, will appoint Gordon Stephenson to their respective Boards of Directors. Upon appointment, Mr. Stephenson will be assigned to the Strategic Planning Committee of the Anchor Bancorp’s Board of Directors. Steve Wolosky and Meagan M. Reda represent Stilwell Group in connection with its investment in Anchor Bancorp.
