Olshan Represents Selectica in Agreement to Acquire Iasta.com

Olshan represented Selectica, Inc. (Nasdaq:  SLTC) in negotiating a definitive merger agreement, announced today, to acquire Iasta.com, Inc. for a combination of $7,000,000 in cash and 1,000,000 shares of Selectica common stock.
