Law360 Reports on Sale of Olshan Client F&H Acquisition Corp.
Law360 reported that after pursuing a bankruptcy court supervised auction, Olshan client F&H Acquisition Corp., parent of the Fox & Hound and Champps restaurant chains, will instead seek approval of a private sale transaction to junior lenders led by Cerberus Business Finance LLC. The private sale is valued at more than $125 million. By avoiding an auction process, the debtors expect to shave approximately one month’s time off the process and up to approximately $1 million in restructuring and other fees. Olshan attorneys Adam H. Friedman, Jordanna L. Nadritch and Jonathan T. Koevary from the Bankruptcy group and Jonathan Deblinger and Claudia Dubón from the Corporate group represented F&H in the deal.
