Law360 Reports on Sale of Olshan Client F&H Acquisition Corp.

Firm News

Law360 reported that after pursuing a bankruptcy court supervised auction, Olshan client F&H Acquisition Corp., parent of the Fox & Hound and Champps restaurant chains, will instead seek approval of a private sale transaction to junior lenders led by Cerberus Business Finance LLC. The private sale is valued at more than $125 million. By avoiding an auction process, the debtors expect to shave approximately one month’s time off the process and up to approximately $1 million in restructuring and other fees. Olshan attorneys Adam H. Friedman and Jonathan Koevary from the Bankruptcy group and Claudia Dubón from the Corporate group represented F&H in the deal.
