Roket Handles Leasing Surge at 75 Broad Street

Firm News

Real Estate Weekly reported on the recent leasing surge at 75 Broad Street in Downtown Manhattan due to the revitalized market and how “TAMI” (technology, advertising, media and information) tenants are “drawn to 75 Broad Street for its beautiful pre-war architecture, unparalleled connectivity and back-up power capacity.” Among new tenants at the property are Human Rights First, an independent advocacy and action organization, that leased two full floors totaling approximately 18,000 square feet, and Toll Brothers, the luxury home builder, that selected the property for its downtown headquarters. Nina Roket led the Olshan team, including Dov Brandstatter, that represented the landlord, JEMB Realty, in the leases mentioned in the piece.
