Proxy Contest Victory Results in 2 More Board Seats for Activist Client Starboard Value at DSP Group

Olshan client Starboard Value notched another proxy contest victory when two of its director nominees were elected to the Board of DSP Group, Inc. at the 2013 Annual Meeting held in New York City on June 10th. Starboard and DSP Group reached a settlement for the 2012 Annual Meeting resulting in two Starboard candidates joining the Board last year. Steve Wolosky, Andrew M. Freedman, Kenneth S. Mantel and Meagan M. Reda represented Starboard in its election contest at DSP Group.
