New York Post Reports on Olshan Client’s Agreement to Acquire New York Marriott East Side Hotel

The New York Post reported that an Olshan client has finalized an agreement to acquire the New York Marriott East Side Hotel from an affiliate of Morgan Stanley for approximately $290 million. The New York Marriott East, which was built in 1924, is located on Lexington Avenue between East 48^th and 49^th Streets and is recognized for its architectural setbacks and terraces and at one time considered for a landmark. Real Estate partner Eric Goldberg serves as co-counsel for the purchaser in this matter.
