PW Partners Invests in Del Taco Holdings/Levy Acquisition Corp. Merger; Patrick Walsh To Become a Director

On March 23, 2015, Del Taco Holdings, Inc. and Levy Acquisition Corp. (LAC) announced that Del Taco closed its previously announced recapitalization, in advance of its planned acquisition by LAC. A PW Partners-controlled entity was one of the larger investors in the Del Taco recapitalization, and Patrick Walsh will join the board of directors of LAC upon the closing of the acquisition. Steve Wolosky, Kenneth Silverman and Ron Berenblat comprised the Olshan team that represented PW Partners with respect to its investment in Del Taco/LAC.
