PW Partners Atlas Funds Obtains Board Representation at Town Sports International

On March 24, 2015, Olshan client PW Partners Atlas Funds obtained a total of three seats on the board of directors of Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. and the company’s agreement to re-nominate these directors at the 2015 annual meeting of stockholders pursuant to the terms of a successfully negotiated agreement. Town Sports also agreed to redeem all outstanding Rights under its Rights Agreement. The Olshan team representing PW Partners included Steve Wolosky, Ron S. Berenblat, Meagan Reda and Ryan Nebel.
