Olshan Represents Baker Street Capital in Agreement with Tix Corp.

Tix Corporation, a leading provider of discount ticketing services, announced that it has repurchased 23% of its common stock which was owned by Baker Street Capital, L.P. The Olshan team representing Baker Street Capital in the agreement includes Steve Wolosky, Ron Berenblat, Kenneth Schlesinger and Meagan Reda.
