Firm News

Olshan client United States Polo Association’s latest ongoing battle with Ralph Lauren Corp. resulted in Judge Richard J. Sullivan dismissing most of Ralph Lauren’s claims challenging the USPA’s right to advertise its Double Horsemen trademark on its retail stores and on-line and staying the remainder of the case pending arbitration as reported in Women’s Wear Daily and Reuters among others. The WWD article noted that this was the second case in the last seven months in which Olshan has won dismissal of claims filed by Ralph Lauren against USPA.
